Information Technology is located on the ground floor of Alfred Hall. We provide many technology-related services to students, including internet/cable/telephone connections in residence hall rooms, personal computer support and repair, and accounts for college services, such as e-mail and Blackboard.
For technical support, including information on wireless access, dorm network policies, email setup, and available computer discounts, please submit requests to email@example.com.

Personal Computer Support Policy
The Service Desk provides support for student, faculty, and staff-owned computers free of charge on a "best-effort" basis. Services provided include:
- Virus removal
- Computer optimization
- Hardware diagnostics/repair
- OS installation
Users wishing to utilize this service must bring their computer to the Service Desk and complete a liability waiver. Turnaround time on personal computer support cases is usually 2-4 business days; however, increased demand or complex problems can extend the amount of time required to complete repairs.
