Cost of Attendance

Side Navigation
Your cost of attendance, also known as the cost of education or budget, is the total average amount it will cost you to attend SVC in an academic year without considering any financial aid. It is a reference used to determine eligibility for federal funding for 2024-2025. The amounts reflect the estimated costs for a full-time dependent undergraduate student and their residency.
The direct costs listed will be billed to the student invoice. The indirect costs listed are not billed to student invoices; they are estimated expenses that may occur and are mandatory estimates for federal funding. These estimates do not include financial aid and scholarships, and 100% of the freshman class at Saint Vincent College qualify for some form of financial aid.
Your cost of attendance includes:
- Tuition and fees;
- Books, course materials, supplies, and equipment (including the documented rental or purchase of a personal computer; see below);
- Living expenses (including together both housing and food);
- Transportation;
- Miscellaneous personal expenses;
- Federal student loan fees if the student is receiving federal loans of any kind (Title IV or otherwise); and
- Professional licensure, certification, or a first professional credential costs for a program requiring professional licensure, certification, or a first professional credential for employment in the field of study.
- Other costs that may be included in your cost of attendance as applicable include:
- Dependent care;
- Disability-related expenses;
- Cooperative education costs; and
- Study abroad expenses
If you have higher than usual educational costs, please contact the Financial Aid Office to discuss options for adjusting your cost of attendance.
