Students, Faculty, and Staff
The following parking services are managed through Public Safety.
- Parking Permit Request: Submit a request for a campus parking permit. (see instructions below)
- Make a Payment to Public Safety: Pay for parking violations, permits, or other Public Safety-related fees.
- Parking Violation Appeal: Appeal a parking citation issued on campus.
Visitors
All campus guests will pass by the Welcome Booth upon arrival, where they’ll receive a parking permit and helpful directions to their destination.
Public Safety
If you have never previously had a permit:
- Login with your last name and SVC ID number (located on your ID card), excluding zeros at the beginning (i.e. instead of 00005550, it would just
- be 5550). If you receive an error message, please contact the public safety department at 724-805-2186.
- Please enter your profile information in the appropriate boxes starting with your home address then entering your campus address. Enter your
- vehicle information. You will need to have the year, make, model and license plate number in order to process the request.
- Do not include hyphens or spaces when entering your license plate number.
- Click “Request New Permit”.
- Click “Submit Info”.
If you have previously had a permit:
- If you have previously had a permit verify that the profile information is correct, if it needs to be updated click on “Edit Profile” to amend the information.
- If you have already had a permit please verify that the vehicle information is correct, if it needs to be updated click on “Add Vehicle” to amend the information, if you are adding a new vehicle you will need to have the year, make, model and license plate number in order to process the request.
- Do not include hyphens or spaces when entering your license plate number.
- Click “Request New Permit”.
- Click “Submit Info”.
Please double check your profile information before trying to submit for a permit. If there are any red asterisks next to information the system will not let you proceed until they are totally complete. If you have any questions please call Public Safety at 724-532-5204. We are open Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
