When you join the Student Government Association (SGA) you will represent student concerns, improve student life, oversee activities, and partner with other groups on campus to effect change. You can get involved by joining SGA committees or running for the SGA Senate.

The Activities Programming Board (APB) is the leading student organization for campus events. It has consistently won the Outstanding Programming Board of the Year award from Region Eight of the National Association of Campus Activities for several years in a row. APB sponsors close to a hundred events a year for every interest including:

Our students come out in droves to see contestants battle it out in this popular singing competition.
Themed bingo nights bring our students to the Carey Center for food, fun, and prizes.
Our programming board sponsors a surprise weekend trip to places like Chicago, Williamsburg, or Washington, D.C.

During finals week, our programming board helps alleviate stress by offering a session of yoga with puppies!!
Freshmen participate in six weeks of planned activities and events like bonfires, the graffiti dance, and a trip to NYC for the weekend.
