Make A Payment

1. Login to the Self Service Portal (those with Proxy Access will be able to choose the student’s account)
2. Click on Student Finance
3. Select Make a Payment
4. Select a payment method from the dropdown menu (credit/debit or e-check) *Please note that a convenience fee applies to all credit/debit payments.
5. Enter the amount you are paying
6. Click Proceed to Payment
7. Fill out the appropriate financial information based on your method of payment. *Contact information will auto-populate. This information can be edited, if necessary, directly on the payment form.
8. Click Pay Now *You will receive a confirmation screen, as well as a confirmation email once your payment has been processed.

Payment Due Dates

Fall Semester: Payment is due approximately two weeks prior to the start of the semester.
Spring Semester: Payment is typically due the first week in January.
Summer and Winter Sessions: Payments are due before the first day of the class start date. 

Specific dates are communicated each term to students when billing is ready to view on the portal.

Set Up a Monthly Payment Plan:

A monthly payment plan option is available to help students manage their balance.

• The budgeted amount is typically due in four equal installments throughout each semester.
• The payment plan can be used in conjunction with Parent PLUS and/or alternative loan options.
• Certain fees, including application and administrative fees, may apply.

Please Note:

• Payment can be made by check or credit/debit cards — MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express. For payments using a debit/credit card, a non-refundable convenience few will be added to each payment.
• A late payment fee will be assessed to students who do not have financial clearance by the start of classes.
• All tuition, fees, payment deadlines, and policies are subject to change without notice. Please refer to official communications or contact the Business Office for the most current information.
