To View Your Bill

  1. Log in to the Student Self Service Portal (those with Proxy Access will be able to choose the student’s account)
  2. Click on Student Finances
  3. Select Account Activity
  4. Select the Term
  5. Open the accordions to view current charges, payments made, financial aid awards, refunds, and final balance.
  6. You can also select the Download or Printer icon to view or print a statement in PDF format.

Please review your course schedule and Activity Details (including fees, housing and meal plans, miscellaneous charges, and payments) for accuracy and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. If you are planning on residing on campus and do not have housing or meal charges on your bill, please contact Student Affairs immediately.

Refunds

After all tuition and fees have been deducted, students may be entitled to a refund if there are excess funds on their account.
  • Refunds usually begin a few weeks into the semester, then continue weekly until the semester ends.
  • Students will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed.
  • Refunds are issued by paper check and can usually be picked up in the Business Office during the time listed in the student’s email. If not picked up, checks are mailed to the address on file, so it’s important to keep your mailing address up to date.
