May 2023 graduates to attend graduate and professional school

LATROBE, PA- 39 students from Saint Vincent College’s School of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences; Herbert W. Boyer School of Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Computing; and the Alex G. McKenna School of Business, Economics and Government will attend graduate school in the Fall of 2023 to pursue master’s and doctoral degrees.

The students include:

  • Anna Betz, early childhood education major from Pittsburgh, will pursue a Master of Science degree in curriculum and instruction at Saint Vincent College.
  • Elise Debrot, early childhood education major from New Providence, New Jersey, will pursue a Master of Science degree in curriculum and instruction at Saint Vincent College.
  • Julia Mikita, early childhood education major from Verona, will pursue a Master of Science degree in curriculum and instruction at Saint Vincent College.
  • Angel Scalamogna, English major from Monaca, will pursue a Master of Science degree in curriculum and instruction at Saint Vincent College.
  • Aaron Stephan, early childhood education major from Pittsburgh, will pursue a Master of Science degree in counselor education at Saint Vincent College
  • Justin Stott, history major from Latrobe, will pursue a Master of Science degree in curriculum and instruction at Saint Vincent College
  • Emily Bosche, psychology and mathematics major from Harrisburg, will pursue a Ph. D degree in social psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
  • Gabrielle Bricker, psychology major from Leonardtown, Maryland, will pursue a Master of Science degree in counselor education at Saint Vincent College.
  • Hoa Bui, psychology major from Denville, New Jersey, will pursue a Master of Science degree in counseling from Marywood University.
  • Jacqueline Emery, double major in psychology and criminology, law, and society from West Mifflin, will pursue a Master of Science degree in criminology from Saint Vincent College.
  • Michael Malone, psychology major from New Stanton, will pursue a Master of Science degree in counseling from Penn West University.
  • Rachel McGough, psychology major from Pittsburgh, will pursue a Master of Science degree in counseling psychology from Robert Morris University.
  • Emilee Nedz, psychology major from Butler, will pursue a Master of Science degree in applied developmental psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
  • Angela Popovich, psychology major from Greensburg, will pursue a Master of Science degree in school counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University.
  • Madison Weber, psychology major from Grampian, will pursue a Master of Science degree in counseling education from Saint Vincent College.
  • Kelsie Patton, double major in anthropology and public history from White Oak, will pursue a Master of Art degree in museum studies from Goldsmiths University of London.
  • Nicole Buchek, double major in history and theology from Cranberry Township, will pursue a Master of Theology degree in historical theology from Boston College University.
  • Sara Basala, biochemistry major from Somerset, will pursue a degree at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.
  • Christopher Bush, biology major from Martinsburg, will pursue a degree in optometry at the University of Pikesville.
  • Lindsey Kocjancic, biology major from Johnsonburg, will attend medical school at Lincoln Memorial University in the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine.
  • Emily Michaelle Lentz, biology major from Ligonier, will attend The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
  • Lauren Anne Makovics, biology major from Rostraver Township, will attend Michigan State University School of Veterinary Medicine.
