LATROBE, PA – Dr. Sarah Daly, assistant professor of criminology, law and society at Saint Vincent College, will be taking part in a special press conference held by the Pennsylvania Department of Education at 1 p.m. this afternoon (Thursday, Jan. 16) in the Pennsylvania State Capitol Building in Harrisburg.
